网箱养殖大黄鱼内脏白点病的早期干预效果分析

Analysis on the effect of early intervention on visceral white-spots disease of cage-farmed large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea)

  • 摘要: 在2016年大黄鱼内脏白点病病原菌耐药性普查工作的基础上,筛选出盐酸恩诺沙星和盐酸土霉素2种大黄鱼源假单胞菌的敏感性药物,首次在国内针对大黄鱼内脏白点病开展早期干预治疗试验,显著降低了该病的发病率及因该病引起的死亡率,其中,又以盐酸恩诺沙星的抗菌效果更为明显。本次试验以期探索早期防治大黄鱼内脏白点病的有效方法,在降低发病率的同时,指导养殖户科学用药,为保障渔药减量行动、节约渔药成本等打下基础。
    Abstract: This paper explained the early intervention trial on the splanchnic white-spots disease of large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea) for the first time in domestic,based on the work of the survey of drug sensibility trials in 2016 and screening out two antibacterial agents that Pseudomonas spp.isolated from L.crocea were highly sensitive to enrofloxacin hydrochloride and oxytetracycline hydrochloride.It was effectively controlled by these two sensitive drugs,particularly enrofloxacin hydrochloride,then the incidence of the disease and mortality caused by it significantly decreased.This experiment was expected to explore effective methods for early prevention and treatment of visceral granulomas in farmed large yellow croaker,not only conducting farmers to use aquaculture drugs scientifically while the incidence was reducing,but also laying a foundation for ensuring the reduction of fishery drugs use and saving costs of the drugs.
