Abstract:
In order to improve the ecological and healthful level of
Litopenaeus vannamei artificial propagation, the application research of biofloc technology in shrimp industrial breeding was carried out.The present study attempted to rise the C/N ratio of breeding water by using sucrose as the carbon source. Our study showed that when carbon additive amount was 55% of feeding and the exchanged water was reduced by 50%,the total feeding amount was 15.9% lower, the average length of young shrimp was 8.1% higher, the survival rate was 28.2% higher, and the ammonia nitrogen and total inorganic nitrogen etc indexes were 32.0% and 24.1% higher, respectively. The results showed that the water exchange in different hatchery period should be controlled flexibly and increased appropriately in later stages when applying biofloc technology in shrimp industrial breeding.
