Abstract: The paper points out the situation of leisure fishery development scale through analyzing the relevant data from 2003 to 2012,drawing the conclusion that leisure fishery is on a smaller scale,development speed is fast,but volatile,and development is unbalanced between regions.Then taking "the national leisure fishery model bases" for example,analyzing the leisure fishery industry organization from three aspects:regional structure,organization structure and market structure.Finally,summarizing the characteristics in the developing process of leisure fishery and evaluating it,pointing out that at present our country leisure fishery industry concentration ratio is relatively low and has been in a perfectly competitive market environment.
