罗源湾细菌多样性调查及其环境影响因子分析

Investigation of the bacterial diversity and analysis of environmental influencing factors in the Luoyuan Bay

摘要: 2018年11月对福建罗源湾5个特征站位表层海水进行样品采集,用宏基因组测序分析技术对样品中的细菌群落结构和多样性进行研究分析。样品的OTU数目和α-多样性分析结果表明,5个站位菌群数目从大到小排列为污水排放口>生活密集区>湾内远离污染地区>出海口>火电站排污口。在海湾内门水平物种丰度图中,5个优势门分别是变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroides)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、蓝细菌(Cyanobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)。对照5个优势门的菌类进行环境因子相关性分析,显示pH和无机氮含量是影响罗源湾海湾细菌群落分布及多样性的主要环境因子。

Abstract: In November 2018, surface seawater samples were collected from five characteristic stations in the Luoyuan Bay, Fujian Province, and the community structure and diversity among the samples were studied and analyzed by metagenomic sequencing. The results of the OTU number and α-diversity analysis showed that the number of bacteria in the five stations ranged from large to small as the sewage outlet > the dense living area > far away from the polluted area> marine outfall > the estuary of the thermal power station outlet. The five dominant phyla in the horizontal species abundance chart of the inner phyla of the bay were Proteobacteria, Bacteroides, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria andFirmicutes. Correlation analysis of environmental factors against the five dominant phyla showed that pH and inorganic nitrogen content were the main environmental factors affecting the distribution and diversity of microbial community in Luoyuan Bay.
