藻类对温度胁迫响应机制的国内外研究进展

Research progress of response mechanism of algae to temperature stress at home and abroad

摘要:

温度是影响藻类生长和品质的重要生态因子,研究藻类温度胁迫响应机制对藻类的扩大养殖和培育新品种具有重要意义。本文从光合系统、抗氧化系统、渗透调节物质、信号传导系统、热激蛋白、转录因子等方概述了对藻类对温度胁迫的响应机制,并介绍了“组学”和基因编辑技术在藻类抗逆机制研究中的应用及前景。

Abstract:

Temperature is an important ecological factor affecting the growth and quality of algae. It is of great significance to study the response mechanism of algae to the temperature stress for the expansion of algae culture and cultivation of new varieties. In this paper, the response mechanism of algae to the temperature stress was summarized from the aspects of photosynthetic system, antioxidant system, osmoregulation substances, signal transduction system, heat shock protein and transcription factors. The application and prospect of "omics" and gene editing technology in the study of stress resistance mechanism of algae were introduced.
