坛紫菜栽培冷藏网技术应用试验

Test of seeding net refrigeration technology in the cultivation of Porphyra haitanensis

摘要: 为增加头茬坛紫菜生产次数,本文利用冷藏网技术进行坛紫菜生产试验,并对其紫菜 品质进行检测分析。试验中,冷藏网经-20°C冷藏19d后,当海区水温下降到21°C时出库, 下海恢复培养获得成功。试验结果显示,冷藏网头茬紫菜产量比秋苗网提高了111.11%。 进一步的品质分析发现,冷藏网头茬紫菜的16种氨基酸含量明显高于秋苗网,提高了38.98% ;叶绿素a和藻胆蛋白、粗多糖含量比秋苗网略低,相差不多(P<0.05)。实践证明,冷藏网技术不仅能增加头茬紫菜产量,而且紫菜品质总体并未出现明显下降,该技术是坛紫菜栽培提质增效的重要手段。

Abstract: Application of seeding net refrigeration is very useful to increase the production of laver and farmers' income in our province. In 2019, Quanzhou Fisheries technology station explored the application of seeding net refrigeration technology in the cultivation process of Porphyra haitanensis in natural sea area, and analyzed the quality of the products. The results showed that the yield of the first crop of Porphyra increased by 111.11% compared with autumn seedling net. Further quality analysis showed that the content of 16 kinds of amino acids in the first crop of laver applied seeding net refrigeration technology, was significantly higher than that of autumn seedling net, increased by 38.98%. The content of chlorophyll-a, phycobiliprotein and crude polysaccharide was slightly lower than that of autumn seedling net, but the difference was not obvious. The application of seeding net refregeration technology can not only increase the yield of the first crop of Porphyra haitanensis, but also the quality of Porphyra haitanensis does not decline significantly. Therefore, it can become as an important means to increase the yield and farmers’ income in Porphyra haitanensis cultivation.
