锁磷剂-硅藻土联合除磷控藻模拟实验研究

Study on controlling phosphorus and removing algae by Phoslock?- diatomite

摘要: 本研究通过实验室模拟探究不同投加量锁磷剂-硅藻土联用对富营养化水体除磷控藻的效果。结果表明,1.2phoslock?(Phl)+80mg/L硅藻土(DM)对总磷的去除率最高,达到65.9%,其次为1.5Phl+80DM,达到55.0%;水体活性磷(SRP)的去除率主要与锁磷剂投加量有关,但投加量高于1.2Phl时,SRP去除率变化不大;同时,各实验组的浮游植物细胞密度显著下降,浮游植物群落结构发生变化,1.2Phl+80DM与1.5Phl+40DM组均有较高的抑藻率,分别为74.1%和81.8%。综上所述,锁磷剂与硅藻土联用在投加量为1.2Phl+80DM的情况下,除磷控藻效果显著且成本较低。因此,锁磷剂-硅藻土联用方法有望在实际治理富营养化水体中得以应用。

Abstract: Laboratory simulation experiments are carried out to explore the effect of removaling phosphorus and controlling phytoplankton from eutrophic water by using phoslock-diatomite. The result shows that the removal rate of 1.2Phl + 80 mg/L DM is the highest for TP, reaching 65.9%, followed by 1.5Phl + 80 mg/L DM, reaching 55.0%.The removal rate of SRP is mainly related to the dosage of phoslock?, however, the SRP removal rate did not change significantly when the dosage was higher than 1.2 Phl. Meanwhile, the abundance of phytoplankton decreased significantly in all experimental groups, and the phytoplankton species structure changed; 1.2Phl + 80 mg/L DM and 1.5Phl + 40 mg/L DM have a good inhibition rate, 74.1% and 81.8%. And there was no significant difference between the two groups in controling algal. In summary, using the dosage of 1.2Phl +80 mg/L DM phoslock?-diatomite can achieve better phosphorus removaling and algal controlling, In addition, it has a lower cost. So using phoslock?-diatomite is expected to be applied in the actual management of eutrophic water.
