贝壳的应用途径及相关材料的制备

Application of shells and preparation of shell materials

摘要: 本文以贝壳的成分、结构和性质等方面为基础,对多种贝壳材料的应用、制备进行综述,对贝壳材料的功能进行了大致的划分。为了使贝壳材料得到更加广泛的应用,本文重点介绍了贝壳在吸收CO2、治理污染、杀菌等方面的应用,同时叙述了其复合、仿生材料及贝壳薄膜的制备与用途。相较传统的石灰石而言,贝壳材料来源更广,且在很多方面具有更优良的性能,具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract: Based on shells’ components, structures and characters, this paper made a review of a wide variety of shell materials’ manufactures and applications, and divided their functions into several parts. In order to make full use of shell materials, this paper emphatically introduced shells’ applications in aspects of absorbing CO2, harnessing pollution, and sterilizing. Meanwhile, it demonstrated preparation and practice of shells’ composites and biomimetic materials. Contrasted with limestone, which is a traditional material, shells are far easier to obtain. Due to shells’ various kinds of advantages, utmost significance should be attached to developing shell materials.
