东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)利用有机磷增殖研究

Study on the growth of Prorocentrum donghaiense by using different organic phosphorus

摘要: 采用PM4A多磷源板(共59种磷源)单种培养东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense),研究不同形态磷对其增殖的影响。结果表明:东海原甲藻可以利用47种磷源(其中42种有机磷,5种无机磷),对有机态磷的利用效率高于无机磷,主要对含有C-O-P酯键的有机磷吸收利用效果更好,其中利用效果较好的有机磷包括磷酸乙醇酸、D-甘露糖-1-磷酸和磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸。表明有机磷可能是影响东海原甲藻生长的重要磷源。本文探讨有机磷在东海原甲藻繁殖过程中所起到的作用,为研究东海原甲藻赤潮的发生规律和应对措施提供依据,具有现实意义。

Abstract: Prorocentrum donghaiense was cultured with PM4A multi-phosphorus plate (a total of 59 phosphorus sources) to study the effect of different phosphorus forms on its proliferation.Results showed that the 47 kinds of phosphorus source (including 42 organophosphorus and 5 inorganic phosphorus) could be utilized by Prorocentrum donghaiense. Prorocentrum donghaiense had higher uptake efficiency for organic phosphorus than that for inorganic phosphorus, mainly for organic phosphorus containing C-O-P ester bonds, including phospho-glycolic acid, D-mannose-1-phosphate and phosphoenol pyruvate.These indicated that organic phosphorus may be an important phosphorus source affecting the growth of algae, providinga scientific basis for the outbreak and solutions of Prorocentrum donghaiense red tide, which was of practical significance.
