Abstract：Cypermethrin is widely used in agriculture. Aquatic products can enrich cypermethrin in the water system, and then affect the health of human through the food chain. In this study, the time-resolved fluorescent immunochromatographic assay for cypermethrin was developed through using Eu particles to mark cypermethrin antibody. The results showed that the average relative error of cypermethrin detection card was between 4.24% and 8.66%; the detection range of cypermethrin card was 1-19.3 ng/mL in the shrimp samples; the minimum detection limit was 0.35 ng/mL; the coefficient of determination R2 was 0.9990; the intra batch variation coefficient of the detection card was between 3.0%~8.6% and the inter batch variation coefficient was between 4.8%~6.6%; the relative error between the detection card detecting result and the gas chromatography results was between 8%~20%, and the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.989 9. In conclusion, the time-resolved fluorescent immunochromatographic assay for cypermethrin can be applied to the rapid quantitative detection of cypermethrin in aquatic products.
