长竹蛏的能量收支研究

Study on energy budget of Solen strictus Gould

摘要: 为探讨长竹蛏在不同环境条件下的摄食、生理指标变化和能量收支变动规律,本文采用室内静水系统测定长竹蛏的摄食率、耗氧率、排泄率和同化率等指标;研究了温度、盐度和饵料密度对长竹蛏的能量收支影响。研究结果表明:1)在温度为23℃时,摄食能、呼吸能、生长能均达到最高值;2)在盐度为28时,用于生长的能量比例最大;3)饵料密度为10.0×104 cell/mL时,生长能达到最高。研究建立了不同温度、盐度及饵料浓度下大竹蛏的能量收支方程。

Abstract: In order to investigate the changes of ingestion, physiological index and energy budget of the Solen gradis under different environmental conditions, the ingestion rate, oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and absorption efficiency in static water system were measured to assess the effects of temperature, salinity and bait density on energy budget. Results showed that: 1) At the temperature of 23°C, the ingested energy, respiration energy and growth energy reached maximum value; 2) The largest proportion of energy was used for growth when the salinity was 28; 3) The growth energy reached the maximum value when the feed density was 10.0×104 cell/mL. The energy budget equations of Solen strictus under different temperature, salinity and food concentrations were also built in the present study.
