多鳞鱚幼鱼盐度适应性研究

Study on adaptability of juvenile of Sillago sihama to salinity

摘要: 在室内人工控制条件下,探讨了盐度对全长为(23.47±0.66)mm,体重为(91.71±7.96)mg多鳞鱚(Sillago sihama)幼鱼存活和生长的影响,以确定多鳞鱚幼鱼适宜、最适宜存活和生长的盐度。研究结果表明:在18个实验盐度水平下,多鳞鱚幼鱼在0盐度下的存活时间为34h,在盐度为2时存活率为86.7%,全长日均增长率为207.67μm.d-1,体重日均增长率2.63mg.d-1;在盐度为49时,存活率仍达到66.3%,全长日均增长率为64.68μm.d-1,体重日均增长率为1.13mg.d-1。多鳞鱚幼鱼的适宜存活盐度范围为1.4~ 45.1, 最适宜存活盐度范围为2~43 ;适宜生长盐度为1.6~40.2,最适生长盐度为2.0~7.0 。多鳞鱚作为广盐性鱼类,对盐度有较强的适应性,低盐度更适于多鳞鱚幼鱼的生长。研究多鳞鱚人工育苗和养殖的生态条件,可为多鳞鱚全人工养殖提供科学依据。

Abstract: Abstract: The Sillago sihama was widely distributed in the sea area of China. In recent years, researchers studied artificial breeding of sillagio sihama . Salinity was one of important environmental factor influenced the survival and growth of aquatic animals, the young of Sillago sihama(all length 23.47±0.66 mm, shell height 91.71±7.96 mg)were selected indoor to examine effects of salinity on the survival and growth of young of Sillago sihama in controlled environment, which determined young of Sillago sihama salinity adaption, it provided the scientific basis for artificial breeding of sillagio sihama. All animals were equally divided into 18 groups under different culture salinity: 0、2、4、7、10、13、16、19、22、25、28、31、34、37、40、43、46、49. Results showed that young of Sillago sihama could survival at 0 for 34h; When the salinity was 2,the survival rate, total length daily growth rate ,weight daily growth rate of the young of Sillago sihama was 86.7%,207.67μm.d-1 and 2.63mg.d-1, respectively; When the salinity was 49,the survival rate, total length daily growth rate ,weight daily growth rate of the young of Sillago sihama was 66.3%, 64.68μm.d-1and 1.13mg.d-1, respectively. The appropriate survival salinity of young of Sillago sihama was among 1.4~45.1. The optimal salinity survival was 2~43; and appropriate growth salinity was 1.6~40.2, the optimal growth salinity was 2.0~7.0. According to the experimental results conclude that sillagio sihama could adapt to a wide range of salinity , It seemingly more beneficial to the growth of the young of Sillago sihama under low salinity.
