冷泉水养殖条件下的史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种的饲养试验

Feeding experiments with the juveniles of sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii)and hybrid sturgeon(A. schrenckii♀×A. baeri♂) under cold spring water in southeast China

摘要: 在冷泉水养殖条件下进行史氏鲟和杂交鲟(史氏鲟♀×西伯利亚鲟♂)鱼种的饲养试验,史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种的平均体重分别为(2.51±0.57)g 和 (2.16±0.33)g;平均全长分别为(6.55±0.69)cm 和(6.11±0.33)cm;试验期水温为18~22℃。经70d人工培育,投喂含48%粗蛋白的人工配合饲料,史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种的平均体重分别达到(22.25±5.53)g和(26.19±6.16)g,平均全长分别达到(13.87±0.61)cm和(14.17±0.77)cm。杂交鲟鱼种平均体重和平均全长特定生长率均高于史氏鲟。以Bertalanffy非线性生长模型算得的史氏鲟和杂交鲟鱼种体重生长拐点分别为67d和71d,全长生长拐点日龄分别为30d与33d;全长生长拐点的出现先于体重拐点;杂交鲟鱼种体重和全长生长拐点比史氏鲟鱼种分别推迟4d和3d,杂交鲟鱼种全长生长增速持续时间大于史氏鲟鱼种。

Abstract: The feeding experiments of the juveniles of Acipenser schrenckii and hybrid sturgeon (A. schrenckii♀×A. baeri♂) were conducted in cold spring water conditions. The initial average(mean±SD) body weight of sturgeon( A. schrenckii) and hybrid sturgeon were 2.51±0.57g and 2.16±0.33g respectively, the initial average(mean±SD)total length of the juveniles were 6.55±0.69 cm and 6.11±0.33 cm respectively,and water temperature ranged between 18~22℃. The juveniles were fed commercial sturgeon feed(CP≥48%). After 70 days of artificial cultivation, the average body weight of A. schrenckii and hybrid sturgeon were found to be 26.19±6.16g and 22.25±5.53g respectively, and average total length of the juveniles were found to be 13.87±0.61cm and 14.17±0.77cm respectively. The specific growth rate(SRG) of body weight was no difference between the two juveniles of sturgeons, and the SRG of total length of juveniles of hybrid sturgeon was higher than that of A. schrenckii; the mean condition factor of hybrid sturgeon after 100 days of age were lower significantly than A. schrenckii (P<0.01). The inflection point of body weight of juveniles of sturgeon( A. schrenckii) and hybrid sturgeon were 66d and 73d respectively, and the point of total length growth of the juveniles were 29d and 32d respectively, those calculated with Bertalanffy non-linear growth model. The inflection point of total length growth appeared before the inflection point of body weight of the sturgeons; the inflection points of body weight and total length growth of the hybrid sturgeon were delayed for 7 days and 3 days than A. schrenckii respectively, and duration of growing rate of the hybrid sturgeon was longer than A. schrenckii.
