甘露寡糖对鱼类生长效果的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the growth promoting effect of mannan oligosaccharide to fish

摘要: 采用Meta分析法,分析甘露寡糖对鱼类增重率、特定生长率和饵料系数的影响,以评价甘露寡糖对鱼类是否有促进生长作用,为甘露寡糖作为鱼类促长添加剂提供参考依据。使用计算机检索CNKI数据库,搜索甘露寡糖对鱼类生长影响的相关研究文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行提取数据和Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献12篇,与空白对照组相比,添加组的增重率、特定生长率显著高于对照组,且具有统计学意义[MD=24.77,95%CI=(11.92,37.61),P=0.000 2] [MD=0.10,95%CI=(0.07,0.13),P<0.000 01],而饵料系数显著低于对照组,且具有统计学意义[MD=-0.16,95%CI=(-0.24,-0.08),P=0.000 1]。结论:甘露寡糖具有提高鱼类增重率和特定增长率、降低鱼类的饵料系数的作用。

Abstract: Using Meta-analysis, the article analyzed the effect of mannan oligosaccharide on weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed coefficient of fishes, then expounded whether mannan oligosaccharide could play a promoting role on fish growth, and provided a scientific reference to the health of the fish breeding. Using the computer retrieval CNKI database, collecting literatures about the growth promoting effect of mannan oligosaccharide to fish, the paper extracted the data and made Meta-analysis on literature that met the standards. Results: A total of 12 studies were included.The results of Meta-analyses showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of experimental group significantly improved than controlled group[MD=24.77, 95%CI=(11.92,37.61), P<0.000 01] [MD=0.10, 95%CI=(0.07,0.13), P<0.000 01], while the food coefficient of fish of experimental group was significantly below than controlled group [MD=-0.16, 95%CI=(-0.24,-0.08), P<0.000 01]. Conclusion: mannan oligosaccharide could significantly improve the fish weight gain rate and the specific growth rate, and significantly reduce the food coefficient of fish.
