氰戊菊酯、醚菊酯对日本囊对虾的急性毒性

Acute toxicity of Fenvalerate and Ethofenprox on Penaeus japonicus

摘要: 为了研究两种拟除虫菊酯类农药对日本囊对虾(Penaeus japonicus)的急性毒性效应,采用半静态换水补药方法研究了氰戊菊酯和醚菊酯对平均体重(10.6±2.5) g日本囊对虾的急性毒性。试验结果表明:在水温(18.2±0.3)℃时,氰戊菊酯对日本囊对虾的24hLC50、48hLC50、72hLC50、96hLC50分别为1.52、0.810、0.520、0.310 μg?L-1,安全浓度为0.0690 μg?L-1;醚菊酯对日本囊对虾的24hLC50、48hLC50、72hLC50、96hLC50分别为1.88、1.30、0.940、0.760 μg?L-1,安全浓度为0.190 μg?L-1。两种农药均属于极高毒药物,对日本囊对虾的毒性由强到弱依次为:氰戊菊酯>醚菊酯。因此在作为清塘药物进行清塘时需特别谨慎使用。

Abstract: To study the acute toxic effects of two pyrethroid insecticides on Penaeus japonicus, the acute toxicity of Fenvalerate and Ethofenprox on Penaeus japonicus[weight (10.6±2.5) g ]was studied under laboratory conditions[water temperature (18.2±0.3) ℃]by the semi-static test method. The mean static acute 24hLC50、48hLC50、72hLC5 0、96hLC50 of Fenvalerate on Penaeus japonicus were 1.52、0.810、0.520、0.310 μg?L-1 respectively. The mean static acute 24hLC50、48hLC50、72hLC50、96hLC50 of Ethofenprox on Penaeus japonicus were 1.88、1.30、0.940、0.760 μg?L-1 , respectively. The safe concentration (SC) of Fenvalerate and Ethofenprox were 0.0690 μg?L-1 and 0.190 μg?L-1. The results showed that the order from strong to weak of acute toxicity of two pyrethroid insecticides which were belonged to the high-toxic substance on Penaeus japonicus was Fenvalerate > Ethofenprox. As a pond clearing drug, it should be carefully used.
