海洋贝类中糖胺聚糖研究进展

Advanced in glycosaminoglycans from marine shellfish

摘要: 我国是世界贝类养殖大国,随着人类健康、营养需求的提升以及海洋生物产业增长方式的转变,以贝类及其加工副产物为原料进行海洋生物活性物质的研发将是今后的发展热点。糖胺聚糖是海洋贝类中重要的生物活性物质,具有抗凝血、降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、增强免疫力等功能。本文就海洋贝类糖胺聚糖的提取、分离纯化、结构分析以及生物活性等方面的研究进展加以概述,为贝类及其蒸煮液精深加工利用奠定基础,进而为更好地开发利用海洋贝类资源、开发新型海洋保健食品提供科学依据。

Abstract: Known as the major marine shellfish aquaculture country in the world, China has paid much more attentions on the marine biological industry, public health and nutrition requirements. High value utilizations of marine shellfish and their byproducts is the mainstream focus point of the marine development and management. Glycosaminoglycan is an important marine shellfish substance that has many bioactive properties, including anti-clotting, hypolipidemic, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, strengthening immune system, etc. The current stage of knowledge on the marine shellfish glycosaminoglycan is reviewed in various aspects: extraction, isolation, purification, characterization and biological activities, which lays the foundation for the fine processing and comprehensive utilization of shellfish and its cooking liquor, as well as providing scientific basis for the developments of marine shellfish resources utilization and marine health care products.
