海螵蛸凝血作用效果初探

摘要: 采用现代药理学手段,以不同剂量、不同含钙量的海螵蛸溶液以及碳酸钙溶液对昆明小鼠进行灌胃处理,通过测定KM 小鼠凝血时间和出血时间,验证海螵蛸的止血效果,对海螵蛸凝血机制进行探讨。结果表明,在250 g/L 剂量下,海螵蛸的出血时间平均为3.48min、凝血时间平均为0.49 min,分别比生理盐水对照组缩短11.45 min 和1.38 min。未脱钙的、部分脱钙的和全脱钙的海螵蛸固形物均具有凝血活性,但未脱钙海螵蛸的凝血活性最好,且凝血活性对海螵蛸中含钙量有一定的剂量依赖性。

Abstract: With modern means of pharmacology, Kunming mice were fed with different doses of cuttlebone solution and cuttlebone which has different content of calcium. Through the determination of Kunming mice’s clotting time and bleeding time, verify the hemostatic effect of cuttlebone. By comparing the different groups’ bleeding time and clotting time, the paper discussed the possible clotting mechanism. The results showed that under the 250 g / L dose, cuttlebone group’s bleeding time and clotting time were shorter 11.45 min and 1.38 min than the saline control group, respectively. The average bleeding time and clotting time of cuttlebone was 3.48 min and 0.49 min. Compared with normal saline control group, bleeding and clotting time of cuttlebone solid group with different degrees of decalcification were significant difference which showed that they also had clotting activity and the cuttlebone without decalcified had the shortest clotting time and best coagulation effect. Therefore, cuttlebone not only has clotting activity but also has a dose-dependent manner.
