不同底播密度对泥东风螺( Babylonia lutosa)幼螺生长和存活的影响

Effect of different bottom sowing density on growth and survival of Babylonia lutosa juveniles

摘要: 以泥东风螺幼螺为试验材料,研究了其在海区底播的生长、存活以及不同底播密度对其生长、存活的影响。采用单因素方差分析进行数据的显著性分析。2013—2014年第一次试验结果显示,泥东风螺幼螺底播475 d ,壳高、体重分别达到(28.4 177±3. 7 837 ) m m 、(4.9 438 ± 2.0 669 ) g ,成活率为71.43 % ;除了68 d 数据显示底播密度对其存活率有显著影响( P < 0.05 ) 外,其它均显示对其壳高、体重、存活率没有显著影响( P > 0.05 ) 。2013—2014年第二次试验結果表明,泥东风螺幼螺底播385 d ,壳高、体重分别达到(20.9904 ±2. 8 276 ) m m 、(2. 5 936 ±0. 9 482 ) g ,成活率为38.65 % ;放养密度对其壳高、体重、存活率均没有显著影响( P > 0.05 )。综上所述,5 ?20 粒/ m2为泥东风螺幼螺适宜的海区底播密度。

Abstract: In present study,the growth performance,survival rate and the sowing density on growth performance and survival rate were studied by one way ANOVA to Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails. In 2013—2014,results showed, shell height, body weight and survival rate of Babylonia lutosa bottom sowing 475 d were (28.4 177 ±3.7 837 ) mm, (4.9 438 ±2.0 669) g and 71.43% ,respectively. Bottom sowing density showed no significant difference ( P <0.05 ) on the shell height,weight and the survival rate except the 68 d date. In 2013—2014,Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails,shell height,body weight was (20. 9 904±2. 8 276 ) mm,(2.5 936±0.9 482) g and the survival rate was 38.65% after bottow sowing 385 d. Furthermore,stocking density showed no significant difference on the shell height, body weight and survival rate ( P <0.05 ) . In summary,5 ?20 tables/m2 was suitable sea bottom sowing density for Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails.
