气相色谱-质谱法测定渔业水质中8种除草剂残留的基质效应探讨

摘要: 文章分析了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定渔业水质中8种除草剂残留过程中基质效应的来源及其影响因素:实验中目标检测物的化学性质和结构、提取溶剂、净化材料及基质的浓度和种类等。并尝试采用加入基质保护剂法、加入内标法和基质匹配标准溶液校准法等补偿方法测定过程中产生的基质效应。最终选择采用基质匹配标准溶液校准法,有效地补偿了方法测定过程中产生的基质效应,提高了方法的准确度和适用性。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the matrix effects and its influencing factors during the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) detect of the eight kinds of herbicides in fishery water samples, influencing factors including the experimental chemical properties and structure of the target object detection, extraction solvent, purification material and the substrate concentration and type, etc. The study also attempts to adopt protective agent added to the matrix method, added internal standard method and matrix-matched calibration standard method compensate the matrix effects during the determination process. The final choice is matrix-matched standard calibration method. The method effectively improves the accuracy and applicability of the experiment.
