Abstract��Shenhu Bay in Shishi is one of the the most main seeding and feeding district for Crassostrea angulata in our province. It��s rich in natural oyster seedlings. When the breeding season of the oyster approached every March, gonad maturity and sperm&eggs emission were observed, and water samples were collected by townet. Developmental stage and quantity variety of Oyster��s larva were examined by microscope so that peak time for metamorphosis of ocellus larva were grasped correctly. It was a scientific instruction for the raisers to throw in the beds for collecting oyster larva. From 2010 to 2012, totally 11 times for artificial seeding were developed by our station, and umboveligers & ocellus larva that collected by townet were microscopical examined as 258pic/m3 & 114pic/m3, 218 pic/m3 & 74pic/m3, 56 pic/m3 & 236 pic/m3 on May 18th 2010, May 4th 2011, May 3rd 2012. And peak time for natural oyster seedlings�� attaching was coming later soon. Moreover, it��s concluded by results of microscopical examination and attaching that peak time for natural oyster seedlings�� attaching was about from 5th, May to 25th, May, that means every summer begins was the peak time for oyster seedlings�� attaching.
