嵊泗马鞍列岛国家级海洋特别保护区海域养殖紫贻贝(Mytilus edulis)重金属含量分析

Content Analysis of Heavy Metal in Mytilus Edulis from the Special Marine Reserve of ShengSi MaAn Islands

摘要: 根据2005—2011年嵊泗马鞍列岛海洋特别保护区海域养殖紫贻贝(Mytilus edulis)重金属的监测结果,对贻贝生物体的汞(Hg)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd) 5种重金属元素的含量进行分析,对贻贝的质量安全进行了评价。结果表明:(1)贻贝体内重金属含量大小顺序为Cu>Cd>As>Pb>Hg,Cu含量最高,而Pb和Cd含量超一类海洋生物质量标准;(2)贻贝体内As和Cd含量已超过中国农业行业标准“无公害食品:水产品有毒有害物质限量”标准,应引起政府部门的高度重视。

Abstract: According to the monitoring data of heavy metals (Hg, As , Cu ,Pb and Cd) in Mytilus edulis from 2005 to 2011 in the sea areas of the special marine reserve of ShengSi MaAn Islands,we evaluated the safety and the healthy quality of Mytilus edulis.The results were obtained as follows:(1)The sequence of heavy metal contents in Mytilus edulis was Cu>Cd>As>Pb>Hg,the content of Cu was highest ,and the contents of Pb and Cd belonged to the first class of marine biological quality standard.(2)The contents of As and Cd in Mytilus edulis highly exceeded the limit standard of “non-environmental pollution food,the limit for the deleterious matters in the aquatic product”.The government should pay high attention to this issue.
