摘要: 本文主要从降血压肽的作用机理、制备方法、分离纯化技术及活性测定手段等方面,结合国内外的相关研究,综述了降血压肽领域的研究进展。并在此基础上,展望了食源性降血压肽于医疗保健方面的发展前景。旨在为降血压肽的进一步深入研究提供依据,为其产业化生产及市场推广提供参考,为降血压治疗提供新的选择。

Abstract: In this article, combining with domestic and foreign researches, we reviews the research progress of antihypertensive peptides including the mechanism, preparation method, separation and purification technology, and activity determination means. On this basis, we also gives prospect of the foodborne antihypertensive peptides in medical care development. The paper will provide a basis for further studies of the foodborne antihypertensive peptides. It will be an useful reference for antihypertensive peptide industrial production and marketing, and provide new options for blood pressure lowering treatment.
