海水养殖水体硅藻的多样性与作用

Diversity of diatoms and its important role in marine aquaculture waters

摘要: 硅藻是海水养殖水体浮游植物和底栖藻类中的最主要类群,也是鱼类、贝类和虾类的重要饵料生物,在养殖水域的物质循环和能量流动中起着极其重要的生态作用。本文对海水养殖水体硅藻的种类多样性、微型硅藻的分布与作用、硅藻的分类研究、硅藻的营养价值与饵料作用等进行了综述,为丰富硅藻的分类学和多样性研究、优化养殖环境、提高养殖动物生产力等提供参考资料。

Abstract: Diatom is a main component of phytoplankton and benthic algae in marine aquaculture areas and is important food organisms of marine fish, shellfish and shrimps, which plays a very important ecological role in element cycle and energy flow in marine aquaculture waters. In the present paper, a review is made on the study progress focusing on the diatoms in the marine aquaculture waters including the following aspects: diatom species diversity, nano-diatom and its role, taxonomy of diatom, nutrition value of diatom cells as animal food. This review is made aiming on increasing our knowledge on diatom taxonomy, species diversity, and their relationship with aquaculture capacity and aquaculture environment changes.
