乐清湾浮游动物现状调查研究

Present situation Investigation of Zooplankton near Yueqing Bay

摘要: 摘要:依据2011年5月和9月对温州乐清湾湾口附近海域浮游动物现状调查结果,分析和研究了浮游动物的种类组成、数量分布、多样性、群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性。5月份和9月份分别采获有大型浮游动13大类47种和16大类70种,调查海域附近浮游动物主要以近岸低盐类群为主,同时还有少量的半咸水河口类群。5月份浮游动物优势种为中华哲水蚤、球形侧腕水母、百陶箭虫等。9月份浮游动物优势种为背针胸刺水蚤、拿卡箭虫、汤氏长足水蚤、磷虾幼体等。5月份平均个体丰度为91个/m3,9月份平均个体丰度为115个/m3。5月份平均生物量为0.209 g/m3,9月份平均生物量为0.222 g/m3。9月份的丰富度指数、均匀度指数、多样性指数和优势度均高于5月份的各项群落结构指数。本文通过研究乐清湾的浮游动物的种类组成、数量分布、群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性,为该海域的生态监测、评价提供依据,也为该海域海洋资源可持续利用和发展提供科学依据。

Abstract: The Zooplankton species composition,quantity distribution,diversity,community structure and relationship between abundance and environmental factors in Yueqing Bay based on the survey in May and September. The results showed that there were 13 groups 47 species of Zooplankton in May and 16 groups 70 species in September. The Zooplankton in the Survey area were mainly composed of coastal low saline species, and there were a few of brackish water species. The main species of May were Calanus sinicu、leurobrachia globosa、Sagitta bedoti Beraneck, and the main species of September were Centropages dorsispinatus、Sagitta nagae、Calanopia thompsoni、Euphausiacea larvae and Macruran Larvae. The abundances of zooplankton in May were 91ind /m3, and 115ind /m3 in September. The qualities of of zooplankton in May were 0.209 g/m3,and 0.222 g/m3 in September. The Margalef richness index、 Pielou evenness index、Shannon-Weiner diversity index and Simpson dominance index in September was more than in May. Through the study of the Zooplankton species composition、quantity distribution、diversity、community structure and relationship between abundance and environmental factors in Yueqing Bay is to provide evidence for ecological monitoring, evaluation, and provide scientific evidence for the development of the sustainable utilization of marine resources to the sea.
