Abstract: Sci-tech archives are important carrier of Organizing scientific research results.They are also the tool for the realization of information delivery technology. This paper firstly explains modernization of archives management from the definition, connotation and work content, and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of fisheries archives management, finally expounds response measures to the realizing archives modern management.
