渔业水质中拟除虫菊酯农药残留的气相色谱分析

Analysis of pyrethroid residues in fishery water by gas chromatography

摘要: 建立渔业水质中七氟菊酯、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氟胺氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯10种拟除虫菊酯残留的分析方法。样品以石油醚萃取、无水硫酸钠脱水、减压浓缩后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定。七氟菊酯在2.5~100ng/mL、其它9种菊酯在5~200ng/mL内线性关系良好(r≥0.9954);0.05μg/L、0.5μg/L、1μg/L添加浓度水平的回收率在73.8~100.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.53~10.3%;检出限(LOD)为0.125~2.5ng/L,最低定量限(LOQ)为0.025~0.05μg/L。该方法简单快速、准确可靠,能满足渔业水质拟除虫菊酯污染的检测要求。

Abstract: A method for determining tefluthrin, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, tau-fluvalinate, deltamethrin deltamethrin residues in fishery water was developed. The pyrethroid were extracted by petroleum ether, dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated and then analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector(GC-ECD). The linear range of tefluthrin was 2.5~100ng/mL and the other nine were 5~200ng/mL(r≥0.9954). When spiked with 0.05μg/L, 0.5μg/L, 1μg/L, the average recoveries ranged from 73.8% to 100.2% and their relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 2.53% and 10.3%. The limits of detection( LOD ) and limits of quantitation( LOQ ) for all pyrethroid were in the range from 0.125~2.5ng/L and 0.025~0.05μg/L separately. This method is simple, reliable and can be applied in the detection of pyrethroid in fishery water.
