大黄鱼刺激隐核虫病继发细菌感染致死原因的研究

摘要: 为明确大黄鱼刺激隐虫病大量死亡的致死原因,开展了此项研究。研究从患刺激隐核虫(Cryptocaryon irritans)病的大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)肝脏中分离细菌,病情程度较轻的鱼未分离到细菌,非常严重的鱼分离到细菌;分离到的菌株经纯化后鉴定为创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus),利用纯化后的菌株作回归感染试验,其感染率为100%,死亡率为80%。研究表明患刺激隐核虫病的大黄鱼体内的细菌为继发性感染,是导致病大黄鱼大量死亡的致病菌,其感染途径为水→伤口→体内。

Abstract: The research separated bacteria from livers of Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans, and the result showed that bacteria can’t be separated in relatively light disease, but can be separated in very bad condition. Sparated virus was tested after purifying as Vibrio vulnificus. Challenge test demonstrated that the morbidity and mortality were 100% and 80%, respectively. The research showed that the bacteria in Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans was secondary infection. It was a nosogenetic virus causing the death of Pseudosciaena crocea that got diseases. Their infection way was from water to vulnificus to bodies.
