福州港福泰码头海上溢油事故影响预测

Forecast to marine oil spilling impact of Futai docklands in Fuzhou Port

摘要: 摘 要:随着福建省港口运输业的不断发展,进出港口的船舶在逐渐增加,而发生船舶溢油事故的风险也在增大。本文引用油膜扩散理论,结合水动力数学模型,对福州港福泰码头发生海上船舶溢油事故在潮汐、风浪作用下的影响范围进行了模拟,并分析了溢油后油膜运动的几种基本情况。同时讨论溢油污染区域分布的主要特征,为相关部门控制溢油的影响范围以及应对海上突发溢油事故的污染防治提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Abstract:With the continuous development of the port transportation in Fujian Province, the number of ships which come and go out of ports is gradually increased, while the risk of occurrence of oil spilling has also gone up. Referring to oil slick’s pervasion theory and the hydrodynamic mathematic model, the paper simulates the areas of effects of oil spilling from ship which happened at sea in Futai docklands, Fuzhou Port, with the influence of tides and waves. At the same time it analyzes several basic conditions of oil slick's movement after oil spilling. In addition, researching the main features of regional pollution distribution of oil spilling, the paper provides a scientific evidence for the relevant departments which would control the scope of oil spilling and make an emergency response to marine pollution prevention.
