摘要: This study was carried out to investigate the variation of digestive enzyme activities, including trypsin, amylase and lipase in anterior intestine, middle intestine and posterior intestine at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 30, 36, 48, 56, 96 hours after feeding in Oreochromis niloticus at 26℃ and 30℃,respectively. The results showed that the enzyme activities of trypsin, amylase and lipase in anterior intestine, middle intestine and posterior intestine of tilapia had a tendency of ascending first and descending in succession after starvation and feeding. The enzyme activities at 30℃ were higher than those at 26℃. In addition, the tendency of ascending of enzyme activities at 30℃ appeared earlier and remained longer at high level than that at 26℃. The digestive enzyme activities presented variation with tissues selectivity in intestinal canal. The order of trypsin, amylase and lipase activities of different parts in intestinal canal were posterior intestine﹥anterior intestine﹥middle intestine, middle intestine﹥posterior intestine﹥anterior intestine ,and anterior intestine﹥middle intestine﹥posterior intestine, respectively. It was inferred that the main regions of digestive and absorption for protein, starch and fat element of tilapia feed in intestinal canal were posterior intestine, middle intestine and anterior intestine, respectively.
