摘要: 建立了海水中杆菌肽残留检测的液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)。在对水中杆菌肽提取、净化条件进行分析的基础上,探讨了不同固相萃取小柱对提取效果的影响,并对固相萃取步骤进行了一系列优化,建立了最佳分析方法。方法的线性范围为5~5000 ng/mL,检出限为5 ng/mL,定量限为10 ng/mL。取不同地方的海水,对方法进行验证,杆菌肽的平均回收率为79.1%~99.0%,相对标准偏差为3.56%~6.69%。

Abstract: Set up a method detecte BTC residues in farming waters by HPLC-MS/MS . On the basis of analysis the extraction, purification BTC conditions, the study compared the effect of different solid-phase extraction columns, and optimized the steps of solid-phase extraction column. The linear range between 5 ng/mL~5000 ng/mL, the detection limit is 5 ng/mL, the quantification limit is 10 ng/mL. Select sea water of 3 different places to validate the method, the average recovery ranged from 79.1%~99.0% and the RSD between 3.56% ~6.69%.
